creative cross-pollination

’Creative cross-pollination’ is the expression being used as New York Times once again writes about a creative Gothenburg phenomenon. This time; NYT’s The Moment. The article is spotlighting Creators Inn, an initiative by Next Century Modern and Elvine offering accommodation to artists and creatives visiting the city with the aim of meeting with local creatives. While founded in Gothenburg, it’s this summer also run in Stockholm. What the article lacks mentioning is Jesper Larsson’s (Next Century Modern) idea of taking an active creative social responsibility for the local creative community - something which make the context even more interesting...

most people are yet to understand the "free" part of the project. I'm guessing Creative Social Responsibility is way over the public's head ;)
